When calling be prepared to tell us -
• Your name
• Your policy number
• Nature of your problem
• Phone number where you are staying
• Names and dates of any doctor/hospital visits
• Your home doctor’s details
• Travel itinerary details
If you are going to see a doctor please ask them to call us directly so we can obtain your urgent medical information.
If you are hospitalised or you are receiving outpatient treatment exceeding AU$2000, you MUST contact Mondial Assistance as soon as possible.
