We never leave our customers in the dark.

In addition to Roadside, Medical and Waterside Assistance, we also provide Property Assistance to support our services provided by our client’s. Here’s how we helped one customer,  who experienced a power failure at home late at night.

A customer called our after hours Property Assistance team for help, after unexpectedly losing electricity to their house.

Customer Service Assistant, Di Albert who answered the call, asked the customer some basic questions, before proceeding further.

Di immediately arranged for an after hours electrician to come to their house. Di kept in contact with the customer until the electrician arrived. Fortunately, the electrician was able to restore power to the house within two hours, much to the customer’s relief.
