About our Company

Mondial Assistance Australia has been providing Insurance and Assistance Services within Australia for 10 years.  We joined the Mondial Assistance Group in 2001, after seeing great similarities between our company and the group Ethos.  Before then we traded as "Worldcare".

Since joining the Group, we have gone through significant growth, and can now safely say that we are Australia's largest supplier of travel insurance and medical assistance.

Our company history

Originally founded as an assistance company called "Worldcare", we have been repatriating Australians who run into trouble overseas for more than 10 years.  In 2001 we joined the Mondial Assistance Group, realising that our core activities and strong customer focus matched.  For the past few years we have grown dramatically, becoming the most prominent travel insurer & assistance provider within Australia.
