We tend to work behind the scenes quite a bit so, our identity is fairly secret. And what a big secret it is. Mondial is French for worldwide and we have thousands of employees working in 26 countries across five continents. The global company is 50% owned by RAS and 50% by AGF with ultimate ownership by Allianz.

Mondial Assistance is the global leader in assistance and travel insurance, offering a diverse range of business to business services through both traditional and e-commerce channels.
Roadside Assistance - Under the brands of our automotive clients we provide 24/7 roadside assistance to drivers 365 days a year. We have a customer service team and operate a nationwide fleet of response vehicles.
Travel Insurance - Travellers, who buy travel insurance when paying for their holiday at their travel agent, online or at the airport, are often dealing indirectly with Mondial Assistance. That’s because we manage travel insurance sales and claims and provide emergency medical assistance and other services on behalf of companies like Virgin Blue, Jetset and Lastminute.com.
Overseas Student Health Cover - Federal legislation requires all international students studying in Australia to take out Overseas Student Health Cover that is similar in nature to our own Medicare. Our own branded product, OSHC Worldcare, is the most popular cover of its kind in Australia.
Corporate Services - With so many important partnerships within our client network it is vital that we strengthen those relationships in every way possible. By focusing on this role Corporate Services is able to provide valuable support to our assistance and insurance divisions.
