Mondial Assistance Australia values the privacy of it's customers, clients & members, and takes every step to ensure this privacy is protected in any context.  For online data exchanges, we utilise the latest data encryption technology to ensure that your private information remains secure.

Any personal information you provide is used by Mondial Assistance Australia and our agents to arrange your entitlements and administer your and our rights in relation to them, including claims.

This information may be disclosed to third parties involved in the above process, such as travel consultants, reinsurers, claims handlers, health and help service providers, your agents and our related companies.

The use and disclosure of such personal information provided to third parties will be limited to the specific purpose for which it was supplied.
