This service can arrange the emergency medical evacuation of the policyholder from the place of accident or sickness to the nearest best available medical facility by any appropriate means of air or surface transportation.  Medical escorts and mobile emergency medical equipment can also be arranged if this warranted.

This service can arrange for the return of the policyholder to the home country following an emergency medical evacuation and the subsequent in-hospital treatment in a place outside the home country when warranted.

This service involves monitoring a medical condition and the medical costs incurred during any hospitalisation.  It reviews the appropriateness of the projected treatment and monitors the medical costs to confirm that such costs were reasonable.
