Emergency Home Maintencance Assistance and General Home Maintenance Assistance includes the coordination and referral to a reputable professional tradesperson in the case of any home property emergency or maintenance request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Telephone access to a completely independant confidential legal advisory service, staffed by qualified solicitors experienced in all State and Territorial law.  It is expected that 80% of legal problems will be resolved on the first telephone call. 

Telephone access to emergency medical advice and referral is available 24 hours a day in the event of an injury or accident, which has occurred in the customer's home.  The service includes referral from Mondial Assistance's extensive health care network to the nearest medical facility as required.

Mondial Assistance provides a centralised contact point for clients and their customers as a support to their existing business structure.  Services can be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or specifically we can handle your after hours business.
