Utilising the clinical experience of our team of doctors and health professionals, we design, deploy & administer Disease Management Programs whereby patients released from hospital or acknowledged as having a specific condition are provided with routine advice and assistance to manage.  It has been clinically proven that there is a correlation between effective disease management and decrease in hospital readmission rate.

On contract, or as provision of a broader policy service, we are able to co-ordinate the medical repatriation of Australians who become sick or injured overseas, accompanied by a doctor or nurse as required.  This service is an entitlement to all travel insurance policyholders, but we also provide it on request to individuals or companies.

Mondial Assistance Australia has a significant call centre and client database at it's disposal, which can be utilised for gathering of statistical data relative to a disease or form of hospital treatment, where programs are developed to gather data from existing customers or participating members of the public in the interests of better understanding health and clinical intervention.
